Michelle Terry, LPC, NBCC (Columbus location)
​​Michelle Terry has over 20 years of experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Ms. Terry also has experience with individuals on moderate to mild Autism Spectrum Disorder and particularly enjoy working with groups. She uses a variety of therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Social Thinking, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) and Expressive Arts. 

Michelle Terry employs The Circles Curriculum to teach social/emotional boundaries to children and adolescents. Michelle also has experience with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression and Self-Harmful behaviors.

Gail Oliviera, LPC, CAMS, CPCC (Atlanta & Columbus location)
Gail is committed to transformative change as a Certified Co-Active Coach, providing coaching to clients seeking meaningful professional and personal growth. She is the person individuals turn to when they are ready to gain clarity, move forward, and create lasting change in their lives.

She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. With a diverse professional background, Gail has served as a psychometrist, administering intelligence and achievement tests as well as various personality, depression, and anxiety assessments. She also holds a certification in Anger Management.

Gail is passionate about working with individuals, families, and veterans. With over 12 years of experience in the military school system in Japan, she provided short-term, solution-focused coaching and counseling to children, their families, and the professionals who support them.

She believes deeply in the power of energy and intuition. While next steps—or even the very first step—should make logical sense, they must also feel right.

Jennifer Timberlake, LAPC, NBCC (Columbus location)​
Jennifer Timberlake is a licensed associate professional counseling in the state of Georgia.  She obtained her Masters in Counseling from Northwestern University. After obtaining her masters, Mrs. Timberlake plans to utilize psychodynamic therapy, paying attention to one's history and how it impacts one's present. Mrs. Timberlake has 10 years of experience working with children in a school setting, which she hopes to utilize as she strives to work with adolescents and emerging adults. She also has experience in grief peer support groups and hopes to utilize that experience in assisting those who are experiencing grief for a wide array of causes.

Katie Pouliout, LAPC, NBCC (Atlanta location)
Katie recently completed her Masters in Counseling from Northwestern University, specializing in counseling children and adolescents.  She earned her Master's in Psychology from Boston University and worked eight years on a behavioral health unit at Franciscan Hospital for Children in Boston, Massachusetts.  Katie enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and working through interpersonal difficulties.  Katie utilizes an integrative approach, working to meet each client where they are.  Katie's goal in therapy is to create a space where individuals can work toward their authentic selves.

Rebecca Robinson, LAPC, NBCC (Columbus location)
Rebecca earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbus State University in 2025, after completing her Psychology degree at Georgia College & State University. She has extensive experience supporting children in foster care, where she developed a passion for helping those who have experienced trauma.

She works with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitions, drawing from trauma-informed and play-based approaches. Believing in the healing power of play and creative expression, Rebecca tailors therapy to each client’s needs and fosters a warm, supportive environment where children and families feel empowered to grow and heal.​

Mal'Asia Ivey, LAPC, NBCC (Columbus location, Virtual)
Mal’Asia Ivey is a clinical mental health therapist who works with adults navigating the effects of trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life stressors and chalennges. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her professional background includes inpatient psychiatry, nonprofit case management, and behavioral health counseling within the prison system—experiences that deeply influence her trauma-informed, human-centered approach to care.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and intentionally nonjudgmental. Mal’Asia creates a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, explore their experiences at their own pace, and reconnect with themselves. She believes therapy should feel supportive, affirming, and real—and she walks alongside clients as they process trauma, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
