and fulfillment in life.
I have always been drawn to and invested in others well beings. I am committed to providing the highest standard of care. I believe that therapy is a process uniquely formed by the bonding relationship between therapist and client working side-by-side. My goal is to help you embrace challenges that have come your way and live a fulfilling life. Each individual and situation is different but as an eclectic psychotherapist, I will use the right therapeutic approach for your unique challenging situation. I find great fulfillment in connecting with clients, walking alongside them, and aiding them in reaching their goals in therapy. I feel that it is a tremendous privilege to be allowed into the inner workings of your life and in turn, honor that trust with humility, respect, and a readiness to meet you where you are as you begin therapy. By uncovering moments of strength or courage, you’ll begin to see yourself differently and even think, feel and act in new ways. Our sessions should provide you not just with relief and hope, but practical strategies so you feel empowered to face life’s challenges.
Currently, I am registered with the Supreme Court of Georgia Commission of Dispute Resolution, as a neutral mediator. I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS), have a diploma in Sex and Drug Counseling, registered in the state of Georgia as a License Professional Counselor (LPC) earning the National Certified Counseling accreditation (NCC) and completed my doctorate in Counseling Psychology. I offer services in anger management, social skills, sexual abuse, coping with every day life stressors, grieving and assisting with effective communication skills. By offering these services, my goal is to break the cycle of abuse by healing children, strengthening families, and building communities one person and family at a time.
Lastly, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). As a CCTP, I am passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves despite past hurts, trauma, diagnosis and disappointments by designing treatment plans suitable for the individual.
